Simon joined Morgan Jones & Co (as the business was then known) back in 1989 as a junior and has progressed through the firm over the years, gaining his AAT and CPAA qualifications in the early 2000s. He became a Partner with David in 2007, and ultimately took over the business in 2020 when David decided to take a step back.

Having seen many changes in Accounting and Tax in the 35 years in the sector, Simon has the experience and knowledge to help you with all aspects of Tax and Accounting, including Personal and Corporate Taxes.

Away from work, Simon has been a Cub Scout Leader for the local Cub Scout Pack in Monkmoor, Shrewsbury for 30 years and enjoys supporting the children each week and helping them to grow and gain skills for life.  Whether this is camping and outdoor activities through to teamwork and leadership skills, Simon helps give children skills for life through the Scouting Movement.
