Natalie joined the team in February 2025 as our Receptionist & Administration Assistant, bringing several years of experience in customer service and administrative support. As the friendly face (and voice) to greet clients and support the team, she prides herself on creating a welcoming first impression and providing reliable support across all areas of the business.
 
After expanding her role to include payroll, Natalie is now completing the Advanced Payroll Technician Certificate with the CIPP, as she continues to develop her skills and expertise within the business.
 
Outside of work, Natalie spends most of her time with her husband and lively 9-year-old son. She enjoys family movie nights, catching up with friends, and in the summer months, can often be found walking up the Wrekin before starting her day.
